an herbal session can look many ways. it can begin with your body, with noticing the internal landscape, what’s feeling alive, where there might be stagnation or non-feeling, and finding plants to matchmake support to those places. it can begin with the plants, being quiet together, and noticing who calls to you and to what places.
it can begin like a ritual. invoking certain plant entities into the room to support your healing.

however it begins, it always begins with you. your goals and visions for your health and healing, your health autonomy and self-determinism.

together we will create care that it is right-sized for you. forms of support i offer range from herbal to somatic strategies to food as medicine if desired. my areas of deeper interest and skill are with nervous system resilience and trauma support, trans and non-binary care, gender affirmation and surgery support, and grief and loss holding.
my care is trauma-informed, body positive, harm reduction-based and rooted in belief that while i facilitate healing, you are your own healer.

i grow and tend many of the plants myself and make all of the formulas out of my own apothecary. i preference bio-regionalism, and tend to offer plants that are easily grown/found in the wild/edge places near me.
